   As is noted in the upload failure, your server appears to be configured in such a way that the long variable names used by Picasa are being blocked. There's nothing I can do in the plugin. This is a server configuration issue.

   The plugin readme has some details on what to look for in your server log files as well as recommendations for configuring suhosin and/or mod_security if your server is configured to use one of these PHP or Apache plugins.
