I'm trying to use the PHP List plugin by Jesse Heap and my problem is I want to add additional fields beyond the default two and I followed the info from this tutorial (http://projects.jesseheap.com/adding-additional-custom-fields-to-wordpressphplist-plugin-2006-12-09.htm#Demo) but it's not working for me.

Hi - Why don't you try Ron's tutorial. I haven't updated my tutorial and it's entirely possible it's out of date. Here is a link to Ron's tutorial:
