I want a cms. I want the static web pages, forum, blogs & gallery all in one place. And I want people to be able to sign in once to access all these things.

I thought this was a mod that would help me combine WordPress & phpbb3 together so people could login once to use either one. But I don’t think it is.

You say you must create users & they must match phpbb users yet all they can do is use their phpbb password to login. But the WordPress software don’t let you create users without giving them passwords. Do we send the new password to the user by email or do we not & hope they know they should try their phpbb password to get in?

And here again once logged in they wouldn’t then be logged in to phpbb too? Otherwise I don’t know that this is a bridge. It actually seems like more work for the admin & user alike. It seems like it would be easier for the user to register & simply use the same password for both sites.

But maybe I’m wrong. If so please let me know. 🙂
