   Everything was fine until I upgraded earlier. Now it's injecting <br /> tags into every line break, even in embedded php and javascript.

   Obviously breaking embedded php. "Automatically add paragraphs" is not checked. I tried toggling it as well, all to no avail.

   Yeah, same here :( Which is screwing things up a lot. I've rolled back to the previous version.

   Damn. Okay, that checkbox was broken. Fixed in 2.1, available shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
