   Hi! I love your plugin but it really should have the latest version of php_browscap.ini... if you like I would be happy to help you maintain this by including the latest version. If you want my help just make me an SVN contributor and I'll update that one file for you. Thank you.

   Checking out your redirect plugin now. Been looking for something like that...
