   I have installed the plugin but can't upload images.

   The upload box appears and then vanishes replaced with the text "Multiple Photo Upload (flash version)".

   This happens in both IE and Firefox.

   OK, seems to be a flash issue and I fixed it by disabling flash in options. But I do have Flash installed.
