   How does one enable Photosmash using thickbox so people can comment on photos? I would believe this may not be possible using Thickbox, but what other methods are out there?

   I am using photosmash with one gallery of uploads, and wish to allow comments on individual photos once users click on them.

   Any tips are appreciated. I don't mind a little hacking.

   Well, it's not super simple, but

   a) Use photosmash and uploads are copied to the media library
   b) Link the photosmash gallery thumbs to the attachment page
   c) Users comment on the attachment page

   Bottom line is photosmash doesn't handle commenting, but WordPress does, so your going external to photosmash to handle comments.

   It's impossible to document how to do this, you must know wordpress/php enough to hack it yourself.

   thanks that works.
   However on some photos it says "Comments are closed." is this because of word press or photosmash? I cant figure out why some are closed and some not in the same gallery.
