[Plugin: PhotoContest Plugin] Poster Email

Is there a way to remove the ‘poster’ email address from the photo details? Some people may not like their email address being shown to the public?

Or to hide the ‘@website.com’ part? i.e. an email such as ‘user@website.com’ would simply show as ‘user’?
