   Hi: I have tried to solve but can't wrap my head around why the plugin is not working.

   I want the plugin to redirect based on Roles. I have two groups set as roles 'Employees' and 'Vendors' and want to redirect the employees to an employee section... and Vendors to the vendor page of the site. Both these pages are blocked for login only.

   I'm running the WP-Members plugin to manage the roles / groups

   I have set the "Specific roles" to go to their specific URLs.

   But after signing in the page stays on the homepage and says I'm logged in... it does not redirect me.

   Now if I change the "All other users - Log out" setting to a specific URL it redirects me to the page if I sign out.

   Please help

   Looks like an issue with your theme hooking into the login redirect function in WordPress and acting before my plugin. I've detailed this here, since you also asked the same question here:
