[Plugin: People Lists] cannot "update" or "add new"

hello
i’ve upgraded from an older version (now using WP 3.3.1 & 1.3.10) and i cannot add a new list or update any of my existing lists.

when make a change & hit “update” i get a revolving thingie… forever

please help
