    Hi Pasber,

Sorry to come up with another issue. However, I told my server admin a few weeks ago to upgrade one of my client sites from 2.2.2 to 2.5.1. Unfortunately, he upgraded to WP 2.6 and after installing RC9.7, I see that shadowbox is not working properly.

I am not sure if this is this is a WP 2.6 issue or a embedFlash version issue. I have tried it with LightBox Gallery 1.0 activated and deactivated as well as with RC9.5 and 9.7 and with the same settings that I have on a couple of other 2.5.1 sites that display the shadowbox properly, but with no luck. embaedFlash is the only plugin that is using shadowbox on this site, so there should be no conflict there.

Also, the popup option does not work (nor have I ever gotten to work regardless of WP, PB or browser versions).

    Thanks.

Both WP 2.6 and pb-embedFlash 1.5rc9.7 run properly on my blog (+ local test blog).

A link to your blog would help a lot as of I don't know what exactly does "not work" and what errors are produced. =)

Sorry. I am usually more thorough with my descriptions.

In any case, here is a link to the test page that is running rc9.7:
    Test Page

As you can see, it is opening a new page and left-aligning the flash movie. As I mentioned, no other shadowbox-enabling plugins are active.

"Load Shadowbox by default even if there is no flash content displayed, e.g. to make it available for gallery plugins?"

    is set to "No".

"Load JavaScript framework with Shadowbox? (Choose "No" if another plugin already loads it.)"

    is set to "Yes".

The "rel" attribute is set twice in your shadowbox link. So I think the browser takes the first rel="external" and ignores the second one (rel="shadowbox;..."). I guess it's caused by "Link indication" or a similar plugin, but I'm using "Link Indication" v3.2 without problems...

    Hi Pasber,

You were exactly right. There was a stray "rel=" tag attached to the href elements which was hosing up the shadowbox. It is working properly now.

    Thanks again!

    As always: no problem. =)
