   Hello,

   I am using this plugin and it works great. Thanks for producing such a great piece of code.

   However, I am having trouble with it while using it under WP version 2.2. 2. The problem is that the shadowbox is not loading the video properly and so the browser just opens a new page and plays the FLV file. And the popup gives the same problems as others have mentioned here, with the screen being partially obscured and also just loading into a new window.

   It works fine under WP 2.5.1, so I am thinking that is a javascript/WP version issue.

   I am using Version: 1.5rc9.4 of the plugin. Has there been any updates to the javascript code since then?

   As you said, it does work on newer WordPress Versions.
   From the plugin description:
   

   - pb-embedFlash is optimized for WordPress 2.5 since version 1.5 rc 6. It may not run properly with previous WordPress versions! -

   The changes from 2.3 to 2.5 were so "heavy" that it would've taken too much time of coding to guarantee backwards compatibility.

   Since 1.5rc6, only WordPress versions >= 2.5.x are fully supported by the plugin. But Shadowbox was introduced in a later release candidate.

   So I propose to update to WordPress 2.5.x or to use another plugin (if there is one), sorry!

   Thanks for the quick response, Pasber. Much appreciated.

   I rather figured, since it was a pre-WP 2.3 version, that there might be a problem. This site will be upgraded in the future to 2.5.1. It is just that the site's template is built from scratch and is heavily modded and specialized, so I was hoping to be able to use this beforehand, since upgrading the site to 2.5.1 will require a fair amount of recoding of the template functions. But it is not a huge deal.

   Also, you might want to change the requirements for the plugin on it's plugin page. Right now it says:

   "Requires WordPress Version: 2.0 or higher"
