how to add a simple EMBED THIS VIDEO IN YOUR BLOG - like in YouTube etc,
to the common custom blog's videos?

Err... what? If you want to let the plugin generate some code others can use to link/embed the video on their own site/blog: no chance, pb-embedFlash does not have such a function.
If you meant something else... I don't get it. oO
