    One of my sites has a simple theme with only an index.php file. Your plugin does not work with it because you are probably using the wp-head trigger.

    Hi Steven,

    You are correct - if you make me an admin account (and email details to daniel@volcanicpixels.com) I will fix this for you.

    Regards,
    Daniel

    Why not just tell me how?

    OK:

    open pluginCallbacks.php and change it to:

    http://snippi.com/s/ycxe94n

    (copy to clipboard link at bottom)

    then in the theme file add:

    <?php
    do_action('lava_get_header');
    ?>

    Make sure it is before any content (you can omit the php tags if you are putting it in a location already wrapped in them).

    Hmm, why not just use "template_redirect" instead of "wp_head"?

    Thanks Steven, I will look into that.
