   Is there a way to create multiple columns in the signup form, so that, for example, text boxes are side by side rather than only arranged in one verticle list?
   Eg, the signup form shows something like:
   First name_________ Last name__________
   rather than:
   First name_________
   Last name__________

   For now, this is not really possible. I'm working on a new release of the plugin that will include templates which will allow you to customize the output of the shortcodes.
