[Plugin: Participants Database] Double Sign-In

    I’m liking this idea… so they get an email when they first register giving them the edit link, then one more when they update or edit their details. Nice, I’m currently sending the second manually! 🙂

    I actually was talking about something else. Right now you can set up the plugin to automatically send those emails you are talking about.

    But I thought about a email which checks wether the address really exists by letting the participant click a confirm link. Only when this link is clicked one will be registered.
    This is called double sign-in or double login and is used by most internet forums…

    The plugin only sends out an email with the edit link on initial subscription, it does not send out another when they’ve logged in or edited their profile – this only goes to admin.
    A confirm link would also be good.
