I work for a non-profit and use two application forms. I would like to use your very well designed and easy to use plugin to manage these forms on my site.
Is it possible to specify which field is used in multiple forms? Currently I do not see an option to create multiple Signup forms.

    hi scottbair,

Currently, this is not possible. There have been multiple requests for this, and I'm sure I will add this capability...time permitting!

I use the database participants as a petition form, works very well. Now I made a subsite (with a network) and use the plugin as a network plugin. On my second subsite I can't manage the database fields . All the collums are empty, and it is not possible to make new groups. Any idea if it's possible to use this plugin as a network plugin?

    gerritdebeule,

I really don't know. I have no experience with multisite, and the plugin has not been tested in that environment. If you figure it out, please let me know how you did it!
