This would be a great plugin if it took members name, address and phone numbers. There are hacks, but when applied don't pull the information into the Membership list.
If you are building a membership it stands to reason you're going to want to know who is paying what, build mailing lists, know your clients by name.

Keeperbay, if the level is a paid membership level, it will collect that information and show it in the members list, CSV export, etc.

It's not very user friendly for non-developers.
We probably won't add those fields to free user checkout in the core plugin. However, a sister plugin with a nicer UI for adding fields to checkout may happen at some point when we get time or $ for it.
