[Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro] Change Default User Role

Hi guys!
Does anyone know how to change the default role for registered user?
Actually is Subscriber. What if I would, for example, change it in Author?
I know i can change the default WP role for new registration, but i want ONLY the paying user to be author.
Any suggestion?
