   Installed the plug-in. Did some page protections. Worked. Attempted to add a group and got the following message:

   Unable to create group. There was an unspecified system error.

   Have uninstalled the plug-in and reinstalled. Same result.
   There are no errors on the javascript console.

   Don't know where to look now.
