[Plugin: Page Links To] Screenshot outdated

Hey Mark, just wanted to make sure you were aware that your screenshot is out of date (still shows 301 vs 302 option). Was tripping me up for a while 🙂

Looks like you cleaned up a lot of the notices as well. Thanks for getting around to updating this!
