[Plugin: Page Links To] Page Links to 2.4 posts admin page blank

This plugin worked fine with customized Celestial Aura theme and WP3.0.5 but since WP3.1 loaded Page Links to 2.4 will install and activate but when activated my admin page for posts comes up blank either a WSOD or the page that normally has the table of post titles and buttons to edit existing posts comes up with the column headers and footers and a message saying no posts found.

I tried loading it with Twenty Ten theme and had same issue in 3.1. This is the only method I’ve been able to find that will create pages for each of my post categories I want included in the tabbed horizontal menu below the header. When I use Categories for the tabs, then pages are excluded and vice-versa for pages without this plugin or something similar to convert the “category” post archives into their own pages.

Please let me know if there is a way to “fix” this so I don’t lose my entire admin access to posts and other content by activating the plugin.

This has been my life-saver since I discovered it while WP was still in the 2.9 version series. I love this plugin but if it won’t play fair with WP3.1 I need to find another option to get the same functionality as the navigation is all mucked up otherwise.
