[Plugin: Page Flip Image Gallery] flippingbook doesn'work

I bought personal licence flippingbook gallery plugin. Installation is correct, menu shows new plugin, but when I try to load a new image gallery or a new book nothing happens. Plugin is not working. Support didin’t answer at several emails.
