I installed P3, activated it and clicked to start my first scan. I see that it stats that the 'scan will take several minutes' and 'that the window must remain open' but it has been over an hour and the scan progress bar has been stuck at the same spot. The same link is also listed after scanning.
What should I do??
Is P3 still possibly scanning my site or just stuck?
Should I close the scanning window, refresh the page or something else, as I am afraid it is going to damage my website so I am trying to avoid doing any harm.

It should be safe to reload the page and stop P3 and try again. You can try the manual scan or, once scanning has started, use another browser to browse your site and then stop the scan. P3 will only be active from your IP address.

The same thing happened to me on WP v3.4.2. It seems to scan fine until the last section when it scans the admin dashboard, then the page freezes.
If I hit refresh the scan results then load.
Do you see any javascript errors in your browser console?
