Great plugin, but it doesn't play friendly in a multi-site environment. I can get it to work with a clean WordPress install, but if I create additional blogs (both pre-WP 3.1 and since) it will not work correctly. Manually importing the tweets fails. Hoping someone might have some input on this issue.

I just added this plugin to an existing multi-site install (3.1.2). I created a new blog and user specifically for it, clicked manual import -- all my tweets are importing just fine. I don't know about the automatic import yet, but I'm having no multi-site issues so far.
You could be having an issue with your version or specific install of WordPress? Or perhaps if you converted to multi-site after installing the plugin, it got confused?
