Is there a way (for a small donation would be OK) to hide the footer from my logged in users?

I would like to remove the links you put on as well please. Only because I have members that go to their profiles and stuff and I do not want them to see that stuff and be confused. Its a sports website so they are not there to learn about plugins. Please advise.

I just started using your plugin today and I am impressed with the features of removing the icons and removing the header. BUT

One problem that is happening with your plugin activated is that when members are logged into the website, it takes way to long for the front-end WP menu to load. So it leaves a blank white background at the very top of page that is 30px height and goes across entire screen. Then eventually the grey bar appears and shows the members their username and avatar plus a link to edit their profile.

It also happens to me when logging in but I could live with it loading last, however it does not look good to members I am sure. Any suggestions. Thanks
