   Hi! Love the plugin. Is there a simple way to hide or change menu items while using this plugin?

   I would suggest using the Suckerfish dropdown menu.
   It is much easier to configure and customize.

   Thanks onewalrus but the Ozh plugin is for the admin menu not a menu on the site (i.e. not in your theme). So I don;t think this plugin would help (assuming that's what you were talking about since you didn't link):
