I don't know if I was descriptive enough, but after installing 2.5rc3, it seems that on any plugin that I try to configure, when I click on a link such as "OPTIONS" it calls to a page which is not present.

I have upgraded my permalinks numerous times using numerous options without success.

It is impossible to configure anything to work with this release.

    Am I missing something here?

    To give an example.

Me too. Any admin page with a URL parameter like the following returns a 404 (although user pages work). The Dashboard, menu items added by plugins under Plugins or Settings, and any pages with confirmation messages don't work. This is a real showstopper, and I can't even upgrade unless I first access some of this.
