Plugin Option Not Available

    HI,

    I can’t find my Plugin Option in my wordpress. My site is 3d.filament.sg. I have another site which i am currently using for a few years. This seems much different from it. Without it, i can’t upload any plugins. Can someone please advise me. The domain is registered with another company and its mapped to wordpress.com
