I had some problems, even after installing XRDS.
I had to manually add the following lines to the page header to get commenting w/ an OpenID to work:
<script src="/wp-content/plugins/openid/f/openid.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/wp-content/plugins/openid/f/openid.css" type="text/css" media="all" />
And I had to add the following in order for consumers to accept my blog as an OpenID provider:
<link rel="openid.server" href="http://fetchthehorizon.com/index.php/openid/consumer" />

For me it dosn't work. :(
I have the same behaviour like "seriousmatters" and "mtrolley" wrote 10 month ago - I can't login (without any error messages).
Also mysterious is that I have another blog on the same server that works. So it must have to do sth. with my settings on the not working blog. (I disabled all plugins and it didn't help...)
Some hints, maybe?
Thanks and best regards,
Kai
