[Plugin: OpenID] Force user to first register regular

    Could you please add a setting to force users to register regular with wordpress if they try to use openid to login?
    Due to german law I have to first pass through the regular registration for terms of use etc.

    would be awsome to use the regular openid login. German translation of therms of use are really important for me as well.
