   I have uploaded both the zip and the two separate folders e.i. database and filesystem folders. they are not showing up ,

   "the files will appear above when the page is refreshed. Remember to delete these files after you've decrypted them"

   Hi denham,

   If you have a zip file you don't need to decrypt it. You only need to decrypt .ENC files downloaded from the plugin or emailed from the plugin. When you download from the online vault it will decrypt everything for you as you download.
