[resolved] Not getting confirmation email (10 posts)

    I waited a couple hours, tried to have the confirmation email resend, but am not getting any!

    Hi saschamonteiro,

    There was a power failure along one of the routes the emails took. I'm told this was resolved early this morning and any emails stuck in that route should have flushed through.

    Let me know if not.

    nope, when I fill in my details for login it fails and I can have the email resend, but it says "A validation email was resent to ." and the . makes me wonder if that has worked..

    Hi,

    We're showing an email did go through. Can you double check and let me know?

    Hi,

    I got your email. The validation email was definitely sent so it may be caught in your spam filter or junk mail folder.

    I've validated the account for you though so you should be able to login now. You sent the email from the same address so that's good enough for us - just be sure to check your junk mail and whitelist noreply@backup-technology.co.uk if you can.

    Hi,

    That's very very odd if they are not in spam or your inbox. Best to check with your email provider maybe. I'm showing 6 emails that got delivered from us successfully.

    Not sure what else it could be as emails are arriving perfectly fine for others so it could be an issue on your email provider. I took out your username and email here but you can see the times they were delivered if you want to look again:

    about half an hour after you posted this, the emails started to arrive, must have been queued somewhere, all other emails to me were delivered fine
