    I'm running 2.2.4 of the plug-in.
I have a very small WordPress site and am trying to get your backup software to work. It's the only site under public_html.

This is the error I get when trying run a full backup including both DB and files:
The backup file is 159.93 MiB in size and the amount of memory required to encode this into email format (around 399.83 MiB) will consume most, if not all, of PHP's available memory of 59 MiB.
    Failed at: /home1/terryba1/public_html/mainsite/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/include/email.php:75

    Any thoughts?

In addition to the above, I did a back up of just the DB and downloaded it but when I tried to open it I was told the file was invalid or corrupted.

    Hi CDave,

The error message is because the file is too big to email. So it cannot be emailed. You will have to choose another method such as online backup or download.

As for the invalid file - can you email it to support@backup-technology.co.uk and reference this thread? I'll have someone look at it and find out what is wrong.

    Regards,

    Jason

    Hi CDave,

That is normally given by your email provider if you send a file they don't like. Try renaming it to end in PDF instead of ZIP and email that instead. Might be they don't like you sending ZIP files with specific contents. Renaming to PDF might fool it.

    Jason.
