   Hi medesis,

   Looks like the issue is due to the massive file it hit. Massive files like the 209MB one there, , are extremely difficult for PHP to process. Best thing to do is to exclude that file if you don't need it backed up by going to General Settings and reading the instructions to exclude it.

   I believe the entry you'll need will be something like this:
   wp-content/dml-logs/medialibrary.zip

   If there are lots of large files in that folder and you don't need them backed up, you could exclude the whole folder instead with:
   wp-content/dml-logs

   Hello Driskell, I dont know what is going wrong with my backup.

   it sais:

   The backup failed: A database operation failed. Please consult the event log for more information.

   nothing else.
   please help! :D

   Hi boboleta11,

   We're releasing 2.2.11 in a few hours time. I'll let you know when it's out. It fixes a lot of issues caused by enhancements and behaviour changes in 2.2.7-2.2.10.

   2.2.11 has been released moments ago and should be available within the next hour. Please update and if you have any issues, raise a new topic in the forum instead of responding to this one. Your issue looks to be very different and it'll help keep things orderly.
