[Plugin: Online Backup for WordPress] Decrypt Backup Error

    Hi! I have recently switched my hosting company and am trying to restore the backup I downloaded to my computer. The file is larger than the size allowed by my new hosting company, so as per instructions, I uploaded it via FTP.

    I can see that the plugin recognizes the backup file; however, everytime I try to decrypt it, it gives me the error:
    ‘No data received. Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.’

    I know I am using the correct Encryption Key, because I knew of the move ahead of time. The backup I want to restore was created yesterday, so I dont believe there any plugin compatibility issues.
