I get the following error when trying to use your plugin:

The temporary backup directory (/home4/newsblog/public_html/communitysw/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/full) where the backup data is processed could not be created.
If the below error is related to permissions, you may need to login to your website via FTP and create the folder yourself.
Last PHP error: An error happened at: bootstrap.php(1309)
mkdir() [function.mkdir]: No such file or directory

I tried checking permissions for my "plugins" folder but think it should work since all my other plugins work.

I have no idea what to do here. Thanks.

    Hi swwed,

Just do what it says in the message and it will fix the problem:

The temporary backup directory (/home4/newsblog/public_html/communitysw/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/full) where the backup data is processed could not be created.
If the below error is related to permissions, you may need to login to your website via FTP and create the folder yourself.

So login to FTP and create /home4/newsblog/public_html/communitysw/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/full

This is a known issue in current version (No such file or directory error) - we're releasing an update later today to fix this and it will mean you don't need to login to FTP to create the folder - it'll do it automatically for you (unless there is permission problem of cause, in which case you get same message but permission related error.)

    Jason.
