   Your info on the plugin says that you can use this plugin to backup your wp site to a local folder on my home mac. How do I set this up? No instructions in your FAQs. Also, if I schedule a backup for a date and time when my computer is turned off, how do I get the backup downloaded to my computer?

   Hi ficklefinger9118f,

   Due to standard security that computers use, there is no way for the server to do anything to your computer. It cannot access it in any way.

   The option the info on the plugin is referring to is the "Download backup" option. You can run a backup in the plugin that is downloadable. When the backup completes you can then download the backup to your computer.

   There is no way to schedule this option as it is impossible due to the security on your home computer.

   Go here and create a free acount to backup all your music, videos, files, etc to protect your computer from a hardrive crash.
