I can manually back-up and download. However, automated back-up does not work and manual back-up to vault and email does not work either.
Following is the error "The backup failed: The server failed to retrieve data from your blog. Please check your blog is not experiencing any network issues and try again later."
It always does that.
Please let me know what further information do you need to troubleshoot it.

Hi,
Please email your online username to support "at" backup-technology "dot" co "dot" uk. Reference "Online Backup for WordPress" in the email subject. Also reference this forum topic (put the URL in the email)
It should eventually reach someone who can then check the server for more information.
Usually the most common cause for this is your blog is not accessible on the internet, has reached bandwidth limit, or other issues.
