    Hi andy,

If you have a maximum quota on your hosting it may be that was reached so it couldn’t backup. The plugin will collect all data in a backup file locally and then send it to us in bulk – so you do need space available to generate this local backup file in order to do a backup.

Does the error occur always, or do you sometimes get successful backups?
Due to the nature of some servers being busy at certain times and not at others, and the fact the backup needs to run on the server, you do sometimes get a failed backup at random times due to limiting resources – and we are continually working to improve the plugin to mitigate these issues. But in most cases you can ignore a random failure if you get mainly good backups.

    Jason.
