[Plugin: oik-nivo-slider] Fatal error: call to undefined function _sc_thumbnail()

oik-nivo-slider version 1.1 contained some code that was dependent upon the next version of oik.
This caused a Fatal error when attempting to find the syntax for the [nivo] shortcode.

This is now fixed in version 1.1.1
