    For me it would be absolutely fine, to choose a simple approach and as a URL, for example, enter the following:

    /http:\/\/domain.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-monalisa\/icons\/+/

    i’ve added an option to filter custom urls, but i still need to refine the method to allow regex without producing potential error messages

    right now you can filter like this:

    avatar.png
    http://mysite.wp/wp-content/secret-images
    /not-so-secret/but-this-is-secret.jpg
