I told it to add 6 officers, added all the info, but it only added the 1st. I tried again, same result -- just one officer total. I tried adding the 2nd individually (vs in batch, as before). It did not add that person.
All 3 times I received the message that the officers were added successfully.

I have activated the Officer Directory......Installed....added officers...However, I am receiving the following message above my officers....
:
VACANT
How do I remove the : and the word VACANT....
Any assistance would be appreciated....
