  • @noadi – Thanks for using nRelate on your site! If you ever make changes to a post – like change it’s images, title or permalink – and you want those changes reflected in the plugin, you’ll want to use the Reindex button. This is located on the nRelate Dashboard when logged into WordPress. I’ve already reset indexing for your site on our end and once it’s complete you should start to see new thumbnails.

Also, we have a support forum for any other questions you might have about our plugins: nrelate.com/forum

Hi Katrina. Not to hijack this, but I think the placement of a very important button is less than ideal. I know I don’t normally look in the right column at all, let alone at the bottom. Most plugin creators save this for extra information that doesn’t always pertain to me. Seeing it on top would make the most sense but, to be honest, I’d like to see it in the main column above every other piece of content on the page.

@ladycrow — Thanks for your input. I’ve forwarded it along to our developers. Just as a note, we don’t really want people to use the “Reindex” button unless it is absolutely necessary (some users may think they need to reindex after each new post is published, which isn’t the case) but regardless, you make a great point about showing the Reindex button in a more easily accessible place.
