Ok... the title is kinda weird.
What i want is simple: Instead of loading two css files, one for my theme and one for the plugin, i want to load only my theme's CSS.
What i did was putting all the CSS from "http://static.nrelate.com/common_wp/0.03.0/nrelate-panels-common.min.css" to my theme's css file... then choosing "custom css" from the style tab. But sadly it doesn't work... how can i do that?

You also need to include css from an actual style, not just common.css. Go to the Style Gallery, and choose a style you want. If you click on the "view stylesheet" link, you should be able to copy the code and place it in style.css.
