I don't understand why I can't submit the ticket. They are not showing up. I apologize if they are somewhere as this is my third try. I can't uninstall this plugin. I'm showing the slide on the top of my header. Please help me to remove it. This has never happened before.

@omakad -- Sorry we missed your request. We know it's been awhile but we'd still like to help. To uninstall the plugin, just go into your WordPress Dashboard > Installed Plugins > Deactivate > Uninstall.
If you were having issues with the plugin that we can help with, please let us know.
