[Plugin: Now Reading Reloaded] Small Improvements

1) line 849 of admin-manage.php should not have width=”100″ in the image tag. It is greater than the width of the images if you use the option for small images.

2) Books with the “no image” image will all have broken links once you move from /now-reading to /now-reading-reloaded and delete the old /now-reading folder in plugins.
