Notifly does not display the Author Avatar; it used to ... not sure at what point the notification emails stopped displaying avatars.
I disabled all plugins but Notifly but that did not make a difference except that the WordPress icon did not display.

I thought the WP version would show up but it didn't.
I am using WP 3.4.1 with all the latest updates.

Ok I backtracked and the Author and Commentor Avatars stopped displaying since upgrade to WP 3.4.
Something changed like avatar location.
I am using WP Multisite.

Ok it works now; I am not sure what the problem was but the sites were SSL protected and I unchecked "Do not save encrypted pages to Disk". Not sure if that solved the problem or some updates to different plugins that may have been interfering but I do not believe that is the case; do not have time to experiment and find what fixed the problem.
