Plugin not working

Hi, looks like a good plugin, but I can’t get it to work.

I have created a category template (category-expressions-idioms.php) and it appears in the template drop down menu in the category editi page. I have selected my new template and have saved it. However, as you can see here, it is ignoring the new template and is reverting to the original default (I had already added some text in the edit category page).

Any help would be much appreciated.
