plugin not working

    I’ve just installed print o matic. The icon shows up on the page I want to print OK but when clicked nothing happens. The cursor changes to a hand when hovering, so it is live.
    I am using it on just one page ‘Tickets Order Form’ which is a JPEG.
    I am running WP 3.8 ‘Gleam’ theme by Elegant Themes and my host is WPhosting in Australia
    The site is ‘goodolddaysconcerts.com.au’ but it is currently behind a maintenance screen. I’ll remove it when you are ready to have look.

    Have you read the documentation? What are you using as your target?

    If nothing happens, you might have an issue with your jQuery version. Which version of jQuery is loaded, and how many version of jQuery is being loaded?

    The problem appears to be in the theme I was using. I’ve now changed to the ‘Divi’ theme and all is well.
